   Kingdom People Creations offers a wide range of creative services, including but not
   limited to ghostwriting, editing, publishing, website design, social media graphics, card
   game creation, and more. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

   ● Writing & Editing Services: Ghostwriting, editing, and proofreading for books,
   children’s books, and other manuscripts.
   ● Card Game Design: Creation of custom Q&A and strategy card games, including
   design and mockups.
   ● Website Design & Development: One-page, three-page, five-page, and
   seven-page websites with domain registration and responsive design.
   ● Social Media Graphics: Custom graphics for various platforms, including
   YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
   ● Additional Add-ons: Mockups, card add-ons, sand-timer, and more.

2. Payment Terms

   Payment for services is due at the time of booking. Prices for each service will be
   clearly outlined before payment is requested. Payment can be made through secure
   payment gateways as provided on the website. Kingdom People Creations reserves the
   right to withhold services until payment is received in full.

3. Service Delivery

   Upon receipt of payment, services will be rendered as outlined in the service
   descriptions. Timelines for each service will be provided before work begins. While we
   strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur, especially for large projects. Kingdom
   People Creations is not responsible for any delays outside of our control, including but
   not limited to client input delays or unforeseen technical issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

   Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information and any necessary
   materials to facilitate the completion of their projects (e.g., content for a biography,
   images, etc.). Failure to provide such materials promptly may delay the project timeline.
   Clients are also responsible for reviewing their work upon delivery and communicating
   any needed revisions or concerns.

5. Revisions

   Revisions are available for an additional charge. Please note that no free revisions are
   included with any of our services. The cost for revisions will vary depending on the
   extent of the changes requested. All revision requests must be communicated in a
   timely manner and are subject to availability.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
   All transactions are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, clients may receive
   credit for specific projects based on individual circumstances. These situations will be
   assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once services have been started, no refunds will be
   issued.
7. Ownership & Rights
   Once the project is completed and paid for in full, clients will own the final product (e.g.,
   book, website, social media graphics). Clients are granted the right to use all projects
   for commercial purposes. However, Kingdom People Creations retains the right to
   showcase the work as part of our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise
   agreed upon in writing. Clients will retain copyright to original content, while Kingdom
   People Creations retains the right to copyright the design and layout of the final product.
8. Confidentiality

   All information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with
   third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

   Some services offered on our website, such as domain registration and publishing, may
   involve third-party providers. Kingdom People Creations is not responsible for the
   actions or policies of these third parties. You agree to comply with their terms of service
   and privacy policies when utilizing such services.

10. Website Usage

    By using this website, you agree not to misuse or disrupt the site’s functionality. This
    includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, malicious activities, and using the
    site for illegal purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

    Kingdom People Creations will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or
    consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to provide
    the highest quality of service, we cannot guarantee results beyond the scope of the
    services agreed upon.

    disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia.

    In order to receive services from Kingdom People Creations, clients must sign a

    provided. No work will begin until the signed contract is received.

    Kingdom People Creations reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and
    Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms
    will be effective immediately upon posting.
